To get us started, I wanted to share inventory breakdown for the last 7 days. According to SE Alaska MLS, Ketchikan has seen:
7 new listings
Of the 7 new listings this last week: 4 are residential, 2 are land and 1 commercial listing.
Residential listings ranged from: $59,500 for a residential condo up to $599,000 for a large family home south of Ketchikan’s downtown area.
1 land listing: $100,000 for an in-town lot.
1 commercial listing: $1,150,000.
